As part of our Lodgements team in Claims, you are the frontline support for our clients during their most critical moments. You help set the pace of their claims experience by gathering vital information to ensure their claims experience is a smooth one. Being empathetic and understanding isn't just important, it's essential. Aligned with our company values of delivering awesome service and being passionately committed, this role requires a genuine dedication to providing comfort and assistance when our clients need it most.

 

About The Role 

  • 6-month contract
  • Full-time and onsite based at our Chermside office
  • Be the first point of contact for customers reaching out to us after an insured event
  • Assist customers during their crucial moments by smoothly initiating their claims process
  • Find win-win solutions for both our clients and Youi, efficiently troubleshooting any issues
  • Act as a direct link between customers and service providers, ensuring seamless communication
  • Use your customer service skills to create a positive and memorable claims experience for customers
  • The role starts Monday, 5 January, with full paid training included

 

About You

  • A background in customer service and a genuine desire to assist customers when they're in need
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers and service providers
  • Problem-solving abilities to navigate various scenarios and find mutually beneficial solutions
  • Quick thinking and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, especially during busy claim periods
  • Empathy and patience to provide emotional support and guidance to customers during stressful situations
