As a Client Retention Specialist you will retain and increase loyalty of customers by identifying root causes and delivering solutions using your exceptional problem solving and communication skills. You will be highly motivated and able to handle a fast-paced environment. You will service existing clients by:
- Retaining existing business and client profiles
- Assisting with policy renewals
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell
- Making policy changes and amendments
- Cancelling existing policies
What do you need to apply?
- Awesome customer service and negotiation skills
- A passion for problem solving and offering solutions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in an efficient and professional manner
- Ability to generate new business with existing client portfolio’s
- Motivated to achieve performance targets and business goals
- The energy to work in a dynamic and fast-paced call centre environment
- Confidence with a positive outlook
