Purpose of the role 

Support Digital Specialists in executing media buying for acquisition and engagement. Manage digital campaigns, implement media plans, analyse performance, and optimize for high ROI.

Key priorities 

• Support Digital Marketing Specialists in executing and optimizing campaigns across programmatic, online video, audio, and social media platforms, including Google Marketing Platform, DV360, YouTube, and tier-two platforms like Pinterest and TikTok.
• Manage campaign implementation, budget allocation, and performance optimisation while providing strategic insights to stakeholders.
• Oversee digital media plans, track and reconcile media spend, and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety policies and contribute to a safe work environment.
• Uphold company values by fostering collaboration, delivering excellent service, and recognizing team achievements.

About you 
Experience & Knowledge:

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or equivalent.
• Experience: 1-3 years in digital media/marketing, with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel); experience with Tableau, Google Data Studio, and Braze is a plus.
• Knowledge: Strong grasp of marketing principles and digital platforms (Google Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, DV360, GA4, Looker Studio, Tag Manager). Understanding of digital media, audience targeting, and reporting.
• Qualities: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and professional, with strong communication skills and integrity.

Ways of working 

Youi offers a hybrid work model: in-office Tuesday to Thursday, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.

Location Options: This role can be based at either our Sippy Downs Headquarters or our Fortitude Valley office.

• Sippy Downs: Free onsite parking, nearby bus transport, and close to shops—plus exclusive HQ perks!
• Fortitude Valley: Prime location on James & Ann St, a short walk to the train station, with great public transport and access to Brisbane’s best restaurants, bars, and shops. Note: If based in Fortitude Valley, you’ll need to work from HQ at least once a week.
