Working Monday to Friday from 08h00 to 14h30, you'll lead a team of up to 11 talented sales advisors. With our high-performing part-time sales teams, you'll have the opportunity to achieve big goals while still enjoying your afternoons for yourself – whether it's chilling on the beach, doing the school run, or hitting the gym.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of up to 11 individuals
• Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring team members are engaged and inspired to achieve their best
• Utilise your problem-solving skills to address challenges and maintain operational efficiency
• Support team members' growth and success
• Coach and guide team members on compliance with sales regulations and company policies, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and best practices

The Details:

• Monday to Friday 
• 08h00 to 14h30 
• No Weekends
• 30 hours per week 
• Permanent role 
• Salary based on a retainer plus incentives 
• On Target Earnings of $81,450 (Including Incentive and super)
• On Target earnings guaranteed for your first three months
• 3 Weeks induction training that runs from 08h00 to 16h30 Monday to Friday (fully paid)

About you:

• Previous leadership experience is essential
• Passionate about team development and committed to helping team members reach their potential
• Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a busy call-centre environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales Experience or working toward targets and KPI’s
