As a Team Manager at Youi, you’ll lead a team of Client Services Advisors, empowering them to deliver exceptional service to both new and existing clients. Through your leadership, your team will listen closely to customers, understand their needs, and offer personalised insurance solutions. Ways of working 

Join us in our brand-new, buzzing contact centre at Chermside for this exciting office-based role! 

You'll be on a rotating roster, working between 7.00am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with one Saturday shift per month. As a bonus, you'll get the following Friday off as an RDO! 

Key priorities 

  • Lead and manage a team of up to 12, ensuring seamless onboarding and fostering a collaborative, motivated atmosphere. 

  • Oversee policy updates and amendments while driving your team to promote products and services to both new and existing clients. 

  • Cultivate a culture of active listening and tailored solutions to meet customer needs, and tackle challenges with your problem-solving skills to maintain smooth operations. 

  • Mentor and coach your team to support their professional growth and achieve sales and performance goals. 

  • Leverage your deep understanding of the Youi environment to deliver exceptional results.

  • Proven experience in leading teams effectively. 

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to make swift, informed decisions. 

  • A passion for team development and a commitment to unlocking each member’s potential. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • High level of accountability and integrity in all actions and decisions.
