The role

• Full time role, no insurance experience required as full paid training provided
• Answer general inquiries, amending existing policies, and setting up new ones
• Provide outstanding service to our new and existing clients
• Promote the perks of our products and services to current and new customers
• Actively listen and tailor policies to meet customer needs
• Work towards sales and performance targets
