Purpose of the role 

Manage SME claims end-to-end, using expertise to deliver the best outcomes for intermediated customers.
18 Month Fixed Term Contract. 

Key priorities 

• Manage 80–100 SME property claims end-to-end.
• Achieve timely resolutions and strong financial outcomes.
• Investigate and adjust complex claims, primarily property-related.
• Maintain strong relationships with brokers, builders, and adjusters.
• Set accurate reserves and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Proactively manage risks and seek ongoing improvements.
• Follow all WHS policies and promote a safe work environment.
• Support and embed a strong risk culture across the team.

About you 
Experience & Knowledge:

• Degree preferred, not essential.
• 5+ years’ experience managing SME insurance claims.
• Strong knowledge of property claims legislation and best practice.
• Solid understanding of general insurance and broker relationships.
• Solutions-focused with sound commercial judgment.
• Proven customer service in complex environments.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organisation skills.

Ways of working 

Youi offers a hybrid model: in-office Tuesday to Thursday, remote Mondays and Fridays. This role can be based at any three of our locations.
