Purpose of the role
This role provides strategic and operational P&C expertise, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees. As the key link between P&C and the business, it drives initiatives that enhance performance, productivity, engagement, and culture.
Key priorities
- Support leadership development and provide advice on the management and resolution on complex people matters.
- End to end management and administration of people case management, including incapacity matters, conduct and performance, workplace investigations, change management and organisational redesign programs.
- Collaborate with broader P&C teams, and contribute to initiatives and projects to drive engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives to strengthen culture and employee experience.
- Collaborate across the P&C team to streamline and continuously improve processes and deliver people-focused solutions
- Support strategic workforce planning, succession planning, identifying and developing future talent needs.
- Advise leaders on people management, employment law, and policy best practices.
- Contribute to future-ready reward, learning, and development strategies.
- Promote a strong risk, safety, and compliance culture across the business.
About you
Experience & Knowledge:
- 5+ years’ experience as a P&C Business Partner or in a similar advisory role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of contemporary P&C practices, principles, and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to influence and build trusted relationships across all levels.
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Skilled in using data and insights to inform people decisions.
- Adaptable, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Financial Services is an advantage but not essential.

Youi offers a hybrid model: in-office Tuesday to Thursday, remote Mondays and Fridays.
