Purpose of the role
The Partnerships Coordinator builds, maintains, and grows partner relationships to support organisational objectives. The role coordinates communications, activities, and events, tracks performance, supports key projects, and acts as a liaison between Youi, partners, and third parties to ensure effective delivery. 12-month maximum term contract.
Key priorities
- Support the development and delivery of a brand-aligned partnership and sponsorship strategy.
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day partnership activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Act as a key liaison between Youi, partners, and third parties to ensure effective collaboration and delivery.
- Ensure all co-branded activity aligns with Youi brand guidelines and maximises sponsorship impact across owned, earned, and experiential channels.
- Contribute to strategic briefs that amplify partnership activity through media, creative, and integration approaches.
- Plan, implement, report on, and continuously improve partnership programs and activations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure shared objectives are met.
- Support partnership reviews, negotiations, and the assessment of prospective partners to maximise value and alignment.
About you - Experience & Knowledge:
- Tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field.
- Genuine enthusiasm for sport, particularly NRL and/or AFL
- 1–3 years’ experience in a relevant role, with hands-on exposure to sponsorships or partnerships.
- Experience across marketing, creative development, and media activity.
- Ability to collaborate with and align diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the marketing ecosystem and how sponsorships integrate across channels.
- Analytical capability to evaluate sponsorship performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Knowledge of best-practice principles in managing and evaluating sponsorships and community partnerships.
- Strong planning, organisation, and communication skills, including presentations.
- Collaborative, optimistic, and outcome-focused mindset with a balance of creative and analytical thinking.

Youi offers a hybrid model: in-office Tuesday to Thursday, remote Mondays and Fridays.
