Join our dynamic Claims team in Building and Contents, managing a portfolio of large loss claims from our Sippy Downs office. Your role is central to Youi’s reputation and relationships by playing a crucial role in end-to-end service delivery of claims when our customers need us the most. By being the point of contact for clients and all service providers, you'll utilise your exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to ensure our Youi clients have a positive and memorable claims experience.

About The Role 

• Full-time and onsite working Monday to Friday
• Managing your own portfolio of large loss claims, ensuring a smooth processing of each claim
• Helping our customers in their time of need by processing their claims from start to finish 
• Problem solving daily to reach outcomes that work for both our clients and Youi 
• Being a direct point of contact for customers, service providers, and assessors

About You 

• Experience in Building and Contents claims is highly preferred
• Familiarity with case or portfolio management is a plus 
• Experience in administration, with high attention to detail
• Skilled at multitasking and thrives in a busy environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities
• Great communication skills to effectively present and articulate information
