Purpose of the role  

Develop end-to-end reporting solutions by gathering business requirements, extracting and transforming data, analysing it, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. 

Key priorities  

• Manage the end-to-end analytics lifecycle, from data sourcing to curated, validated datasets 
• Develop, maintain, and enhance code to deliver accurate, business-ready reports 
• Produce insights and analysis to support management decision-making 
• Ensure timely, accurate, and reliable delivery of reports 
• Build automated analytics and reporting solutions where appropriate 
• Document reports, processes, and methodologies for clarity and sustainability 
• Support team members by sharing analytics knowledge and best practices 
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts 
• Proactively identify, report, and manage risks and process improvements 

About you - Experience & Knowledge:  

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (desirable) 
• Experience in business intelligence or data analytics roles (desirable) 
• Strong SQL skills for preparing and transforming large datasets 
• Experience building BI reports and dashboards to support decision-making 
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights 
• Understanding of the end-to-end analytics lifecycle and dataset design 
• Knowledge of data visualisation principles and best practices 
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders 
• Proactive, detail-oriented problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset 

Ways of working  

Youi offers a hybrid model: in-office Tuesday to Thursday, remote Mondays and Fridays. 

Sippy Downs & Fortitude Valley:  
This role can be based at either our Headquarters in Sippy Downs or our Fortitude Valley office.
