You’ll take the initial call, listen to what’s happened, check basic cover and lodge the claim so the rest of the journey can start.

What you’ll be doing
- A full-time role at Sippy Downs, working 7am-3pm
- Take calls and lodge claims, capturing key details accurately from the first call
- Assist customers during their crucial moments by smoothly initiating their claims process
- Check basic cover, explain next steps, and flag anything needing escalation
- Use your customer service skills to create a positive and memorable claims experience
- Set the claim up properly for the claims team who takes it forward
- Stay calm and supportive when customers may be stressed or unsure
- Follow claims processes and compliance requirements on every call

- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers and service providers
- Problem-solving abilities to navigate various scenarios and find mutually beneficial solutions
