Purpose of the role

This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity covering maternity leave.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of Youi’s digital media activity across acquisition and brand campaigns. Working closely with Digital Specialists, this role assists with campaign implementation, optimisation and reporting across programmatic, paid social, video and emerging digital platforms to drive performance and ROI.

Key priorities

• Support campaign delivery across programmatic, online video, audio and paid social channels
• Set up, manage and optimise campaigns using Google Marketing Platform Tools (DV360, CM360, GA4) and Met[MM1] a Ads Manager.
•  Assist with campaign execution across platforms including Pinterest, Spotify, and TikTok
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets and media spend
• Maintain accurate campaign, spend and performance reporting
• Support post-campaign reporting and identify insights and efficiencies
• Assist with the execution of digital media plans
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support broader marketing initiatives

About you

• 1–3 years’ experience in digital marketing or media (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong interest in digital marketing, media buying and consumer behaviour
• Exposure to platforms such as DV360, Meta Ads Manager, GA4 or Looker Studio
• Strong attention to detail with clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
• Organised, proactive and eager to learn
• Confident working with Excel and PowerPoint
