About the Role

We’re looking for a Broadcast Media Buyer to join our Marketing team on a 12-month parental leave cover. Reporting to the Broadcast Media Lead, you’ll manage, optimise, and analyse TV, audio, and OOH campaigns to drive profitable growth.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage media buying, collaborate with Creative and Production teams, and provide insights to improve campaign performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Buy, optimise, and monitor TV, audio, and OOH campaigns

• Support planning and provide feedback on media proposals

• Maintain media trackers and manage budgets/reconciliations

• Negotiate short-term deals and manage media partnerships

• Collaborate with Creative, Production, and other Media team members

• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights

About You

• Minimum 2+ years’ media buying experience with strong TV expertise

• Experience with online video platforms (YouTube, Facebook, BVOD) a plus

• Skilled in TV platforms (Spectra, MediaWise/Optim8, TVmap, eTAM)

• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with digital buying tools (DV360, Campaign Manager) preferred

• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and analytical skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

• Proactive, accountable, and confident working independently in a fast-paced environment

• In-office Tuesday to Thursday, remote Mondays and Fridays.

Located at the corner of James St and Ann St, close to public transport and Brisbane’s best dining and retail.
Please note: this role requires at least 1 day per week in the Sippy Downs office.
