This isn’t about sitting on the sidelines. You’ll work closely with leaders across Youi, helping them navigate risk in real time. The grey areas. The trade-offs. The moments where strong judgement matters just as much as technical expertise.
You’ll act as a trusted partner to the business, providing second line oversight while also building capability. From advising on complex risk decisions to strengthening frameworks and lifting risk maturity, your impact will be felt across the organisation.
You’ll also lead and develop a team, creating a central point of contact for risk support. It’s a role that balances strategy, leadership and hands-on involvement.
What you'll be doing
- Providing second line risk oversight and partnering with the business on key decisions
- Monitoring risk exposure in line with Youi’s risk appetite and challenging where needed
- Leading and developing the ERCA risk business partnering team
- Maintaining and improving risk frameworks, policies and processes
- Delivering risk insights, reporting and analysis to senior leaders and Board Committees
- Using data and systems to identify trends, control weaknesses and improvement opportunities
- Supporting and influencing a strong risk culture across the business
- Coaching stakeholders and building capability in risk management practices
- Collaborating with Group risk teams to deliver broader risk initiatives
