The role

• Onsite and full time, with no weekend work required
• Mitigate costs and negotiate with other insurance companies on behalf Youi
• Liaise with customers and insurers at various stages of the claims process
• Collect information, assess liability, and apply road rules and relevant laws for the best outcome
• Build relationships with clients and Third Parties throughout the claims lifecycle
• Meet weekly and fortnightly performance benchmarks to drive results

About you

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with confidence in conflict resolution
• Strong time management skills
• A team player mindset, with a willingness to learn
• Knowledge of the insurance claims process is advantageous but not essential
• Previous experience in debt collection, paralegal work, or insurance is highly regarded
