We have an opportunity for somebody to join Youi as a Motor Performance Team Manager to lead our team in achieving top results in claims cost, quality, and customer service.
You will lead a team of Motor Performance Consultants and manage Smash Repair Service Providers, ensuring efficient claims processing, adherence to service level agreements, and a high standard of customer care.
In this role you will focus on building strong relationships, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the performance standards of the NSW and ACT smash repairer network
- Lead and support the team to consistently meet or exceed performance targets
- Conduct regular reviews, implement improvement plans, and ensure timely claims processing
- Prioritise customer satisfaction, ensuring professional and prompt service from our suppliers
- Use data to guide decisions, manage reports, and optimise processes for cost savings and quality
- Ensure alignment with industry regulations and company safety policies, creating a positive safety culture
- Monitor supplier performance using customer satisfaction scores and repair quality inspections.
- Identify and address quality issues to exceed company and industry standards
- Improve efficiency by managing timelines and resolving delays
About You:
- Proven ability to guide, inspire, and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results
- Extensive experience managing Smash Repairer performance within the insurance industry
- A trade qualification as a Panel Beater, Spray Painter, Mechanic or Diploma or Cert IV in Loss Adjusting or Assessing is essential
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Exceptional relationship-building skills
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach
