About the role 

15 month fixed-term contract.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst with experience in manual and automated testing within marketing technology. You’ll ensure the quality and reliability of our products through strong testing methodologies and practices.

Ways of working 

This position can be located at our headquarters on the Sunshine Coast, or at our office in Fortitude Valley.

We operate with a hybrid approach, requiring office presence from Tuesday to Thursday on location, while offering the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. 

Key priorities 

  • Conduct manual and automated testing for websites and APIs.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain test cases and scripts.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects.
  • Work in an Agile development team environment.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to refine requirements.
  • Participate in design and code reviews for quality assurance.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
  • Create and maintain test plans, cases, and data.
  • Analyse test results and provide quality reports.

About you 

Experience & Skills:

  • 2+ years as a Quality Assurance Analyst.
  • Strong knowledge of testing technologies, patterns, and practices.
  • Experience in manual testing
  • Automated testing experience (nice to have).
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience with CMS platforms (Episerver/Optimizely), Google Tag Manager, and Google Marketing tools (preferred).
  • Understanding of DevOps pipelines and CI/CD tools (Azure Pipelines, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy).
  • Familiarity with .NET, C#, SQL, Visual Studio, and Postman (a plus).
  • Knowledge of release management and version control.
