Purpose of the role - 12-month fixed term contract.

Create and deliver compelling, data-driven communications to strengthen consumer engagement and trust in the Youi brand, working collaboratively with stakeholders.

Key priorities 

  • Develop integrated marketing communications plans across advertising, content, and customer engagement.
  • Drive marketing communications to success by delivering against strategic objectives aligned to business goals.
  • Support planning and go-to-market strategies, collaborating with key stakeholders.
  • Use data-driven insights to enhance communication strategies and campaign effectiveness.
  • Write clear, compelling briefs that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Coordinate execution across owned, earned, and paid channels, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Live and promote Youi’s values of Awesome Service, Dynamic, Honest, Human, Passionate, and Recognition.

About you 
Experience & Knowledge:

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing and/or communications.
  • 4+ years' experience in marketing, communications, digital, or media agencies.
  • Proven success in delivering integrated communications campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong understanding of media channels, digital/social platforms, and consumer behavior trends in Australia.
  • Experience with customer engagement platforms (e.g., Microsoft Customer Insights, Braze) and data analysis.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Project management experience and ability to drive brand and business outcomes.

Ways of working 

Youi offers a hybrid model: in-office Tuesday to Thursday, remote Mondays and Fridays.
