Did you know, in NSW before registering your car, you are required to purchase a greenslip or Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurance policy from one of only six insurers? That’s where you come in! As part of the CTP team, you will be fielding general questions about CTP insurance, selling policies, cancelling others, and making amendments. This role is one of great variety and develops you into a subject matter expert while working in an engaging and collaborative team environment. 

About The Role

• Onsite and full time, Monday to Friday role
• Customer-focused role addressing all queries related to CTP insurance
• Tailored to our New South Wales customers
• Selling policies, making amendments, cancelling policies
• Listening to customer needs and identify opportunities to add value
• Exceeding targets and enjoying the benefits
• Overcoming objections to close the deal
• Delivering awesome service to our clients
