Did you know, in NSW before registering your car, you are required to purchase a greenslip or Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurance policy from one of only six insurers? That’s where you come in.

As part of the CTP team, you will be fielding general questions about CTP insurance, selling policies, cancelling others, and making amendments. This role offers a dynamic environment where you can continuously develop your skills, solve problems, and contribute to both individual and skillset success.

About The Role

• Onsite and full-time, Monday to Friday role
• No insurance experience required as full training provided
• Customer-focused role addressing queries related to CTP insurance
• Tailored to service our New South Wales customers
• Selling policies, making amendments, cancelling policies
• Actively listening to customer needs, identifying opportunities to add value
• Offer personalised insurance that perfectly fit the customer’s requirements
• Work towards sales and performance targets

About You

• Experience in sales or a strong desire to work in a sales-driven environment
• Passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build rapport
• Adaptability and willingness to learn with a solutions-focused mindset
• Skilled at multitasking and time management
• Thrives in a collaborative and high-performing team environment
