About the Role
We’re looking for an Operations Analyst to join our Business Intelligence Department. Reporting to the YourIncentive Manager, you’ll work closely with Operations and Finance stakeholders to ensure various incentive schemes are clearly defined, accurately implemented and delivering sustainable business outcomes.
This role sits at the intersection of data, systems and stakeholder engagement. You’ll support the full lifecycle of incentive programs. From requirements gathering and build, through to reporting, optimisation and ongoing maintenance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Incentive Scheme Management
- Support the end-to-end lifecycle of YI, STI and MBS schemes
- Develop and maintain SQL stored procedures and reporting datasets
- Deliver fortnightly and monthly incentive results with high accuracy
- Provide performance insights and contribute to periodic effectiveness reviews
- Support advisors and leaders with incentive-related queries
Data, Reporting & Automation
- Source, transform and validate data from multiple systems
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools
- Automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels
Stakeholder & Governance Support
- Partner with Operations, Finance and Data Platform teams
- Maintain documentation, governance standards and reporting processes
- Support compliance, remediation analysis and risk-related investigations
About You
- 1+ years’ experience in a Business Intelligence or Data Analytics role
- Experience working with SQL Server, stored procedures and ETL concepts
- Strong data modelling and reporting capability
- Experience with visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Qlik
- Confident working with large data sets and transforming them into actionable insights
- Strong Excel skills
You’ll also bring:

Experience within insurance or financial services is desirable but not essential.

- In-office: Tuesday to Thursday
- Remote: Mondays and Fridays
