Purpose of the role

Support the FP&A Analyst with forecasts, budgets, and reporting on Management Expenses and Staff Planning. Partner with cost centre owners to manage expenses and provide operational support as part of the Financial Planning Team.

Key priorities:

• Budget & Forecasting: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, staff cost updates, and financial projections.
• Staff Planning: Support headcount planning, cost analysis, and intercompany staff recharges.
• Analysis & Reporting: Track costs, headcount trends, and prepare insights for management.
• Business Partnering: Support budget understanding, expense management, and financial projections. Prepare monthly business partner analysis and reporting.
• General Support: Improve processes, assist with projects, and ensure compliance.
• Risk & Safety: Manage risks, follow WHS policies, and promote a strong risk culture.
• Company Values: Drive efficiency, compliance, and uphold company values.

About you Experience & Knowledge:

• Qualifications: Business degree; CPA/CA qualified or in progress.
• Experience & Skills: 3+ years in finance, strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Industry experience is a plus.
• Qualities: Integrity, adaptability, proactive mindset, and commitment to continuous learning.
