What you'll do: 

  • Full life-cycle recruiting: You’ll get to own the recruitment process from start to finish; proactively sourcing, interviewing and hiring top talent.  

  • Identify the best: Your focus will be on hiring quality candidates with agility and speed.  

  • Partner with department leaders on a regular basis and proactively identify hiring needs and sourcing strategies. In other words, you're their dedicated talent partner and ‘trusted advisor’. 

  • Deliver on candidate experience: We care deeply about our People. Our candidate experience isn’t any different.  

What we're looking for: 

  • At least 5 years in-house talent acquisition experience, or senior agency recruiter (financial services industry highly regarded!) recruiting all levels of roles, contract and permanent. 

  • A real talent for interpreting people motivators and keeping control of outcomes 

  • Someone that wants to get involved! There are lots of projects to join; e.g. EX, Employer Branding, Onboarding, Training, OD, EVP, Social Programs and much more. 

  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills. 

  • Social media savvy and a brand builder. You know how to find candidates outside of traditional methods and get results. 

  • Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to take on fresh challenges. 

  • Systems & Software experience – HRIS, ATS (PageUp desirable), LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing/reporting, Excel & PowerPoint (Intermediate).
